Structural Investigation, Appraisal and Rehabilitation Projects

CKM pioneered the use of steel plate bonding for the strengthening of reinforced concrete structures in Singapore.  It has since developed designs using other methods for the strengthening and repair of structures and foundations. These methods include steel plate bonding, reinforced concrete jacketing, fibre reinforced plastics, polymer impregnation, cathodic protection and underpinning of foundations.

CKM has provided its services in structural appraisal, strengthening, repair and retrofitting for all kind of structures.  CKM continues to be a leader in this type of work and has built its reputation firmly in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
